Quarterly subscribers can get a refund on an “arbitrage-free” basis, less our costs. This means a subscriber requesting a refund will be charged at the monthly rate. For example, if one were to request a refund after 1 month, they would be charged for one month at the monthly rate. If a subscriber requested a refund after 2 months, they would be charged two months at the monthly rate. Those who request a refund will get charged a credit card/PayPal processing fee as well.
