Today, we are going to take a step off the conveyor belt and talk about Japanese stocks. As a quick reminder, they peaked on 12/31/1989 and went into the doldrums for 30 years. If there was a technical setup to hate Japanese stocks, it was this move. But behavioral finance is a tricky subject.
