Warren E. Buffett, the famed CEO of Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A & BRK-B), published his annual letter to shareholders this Saturday morning. Only investors living under a rock have not heard of BRK, but many may not understand Warren's investment vehicle structure. It is one part insurance company and one part private equity firm.
