But in the world of drug and vaccine development, nothing is certain except for massive regulation by the FDA, high costs to comply with those regulations and to perform studies properly, and monopoly pricing of healthcare products and services. Oh, and let's not forget, drug companies are free of liability when their vaccines have adverse side effects.
