The Lesson in Costco

Costco, the massive big-box retailer, represents an interesting lesson. The lesson being is that there are certain people who are naturally attracted to fast growers and there are value investors who are leary of such companies and their stock. At the same time, the value investor is not leary enough to take a bearish position on the stock. It is the aggressive short-term trader who might make a stab at a bearish trade.
