The equity markets are frustrating both the bulls and the bears. Just when the bulls think a tradable rally is underway, the price of the major equity averages rollover. As a new trend takes hold, the bears gain confidence (including us) and a rally comes out of nowhere to halt the decline. We just do not seem to get any follow-through.
