Over the weekend, the Chinese Government said they would not stick to the terms of the trade deal they had negotiated so far. Pretty shocking as they were agreed to in writing, or so we are told on the evening news. There seems to be some internal disagreement within the Chinese government about how far they are willing to go organize a new trade relationship with the western governments in general and the United States in particular.
