Up until this morning, we held the view that the US & China would work out a deal and global trade would get back to normal. Now we are not so sure. Huawei's global Chief Financial Officer has been arrested in Canada. The US Has accused the company of violating US Sanctions. Canada's Department of Justice arrested Meng Wanzhou in Vancouver where she will face extradition to the US. It is clear that investors in pre-market activity are not too happy.
