On Friday, March 16th, Carter Worth looked into the price action of Oracle Inc. (ORCL) the data management company that offers a comprehensive and fully integrated stack of cloud applications, platform services, and engineered systems. While not one of the FAANGs, it certainly falls into the category of large-cap tech. At the same time, it has not experienced top-line growth as sales seem to be stuck at the $37 -$38 billion level. EPS has gone nowhere as it is stuck in the $2.07 to $2.38 range for the past 5 years. While delivering a 60% return to investors over this time period, it’s stock has underperformed the S&P500. But Carter sees some promise in the shares and Michael Khouw shared a trade idea.
