Participants in the equity markets have been in a battle amongst themselves for the bulk of this year. There has been every reason for the market to correct, but they simply will not do it. Kim Jung Un, who the western media fondly calls the leader of the "Hermit Kingdom" test fired a mid-range ballistic missile designed to carry a nuclear payload. In its usual provocative manner, it sent the missile over Japan. In addition to being provocative, it is dangerous as well. Missile manufactured by the PDRK is known to self-destruct in mid-flight.
